KUCCPS Portal Now Open for 2024 University Placements

KUCCPS Portal Opened For 2024 University Placements

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has officially opened its portal for KCSE 2023 graduates to apply to universities, colleges, and TVET institutions.

In a recent announcement, the placement body encouraged all KCSE 2023 candidates to apply to various higher education institutions. 

The KUCCPS online portal is now accepting applications for placement in Universities, TVET institutions, Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), Teacher Training Colleges (TTCs), and the Open University of Kenya (OUK).

Prospective applicants include KCSE 2023 graduates and individuals who completed their secondary education between 2000 and 2022. Those interested are urged to submit their applications promptly.

To initiate the application process for university placement, interested individuals are directed to access the student portal on the KUCCPS website.

The KCSE 2023 results were officially released on January 8, 2024, by the Education Cabinet Secretary (CS) Ezekiel Machogu. 

Notably, 201,133 students attained a grade of C+ and above, meeting the minimum qualification for university entry. This performance marks an improvement from the previous year, with 173,345 students achieving the same grade in 2022.
