The devastating incident unfolded as the bus, navigating the Mamboleo roundabout along the Kakamega-Kisumu Highway, collided with the guard rail and veered off the road, leaving Joseph as the sole casualty among the passengers.
At least 33 others sustained injuries in the accident, with authorities initiating a search for the driver.
In the wake of this tragedy, celebrities rallied around KarehB, offering their condolences and support.
Mugithi star Jose Gatutura, a close friend of KarehB, shared a heartfelt message, expressing sorrow over Joseph's untimely passing.
Similarly, content creator Terence Creative extended his sympathies, acknowledging the grief of KarehB and her family.
KarehB recounted the distressing circumstances surrounding her son's demise, revealing that the school had disregarded concerns about nighttime travel despite objections raised by parents.
