Tragically, as recounted in the report, disaster struck when the slab beneath him collapsed under the force of the floodwaters, sweeping him away in its relentless current.
In a harrowing twist, the report further reveals that the officer's rifle, an AK47, was also lost to the ferocious floods, its ammunition ominously loaded.
