I’m looking for a qualified and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an added advantage.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Location: Kitengela
Salary: Ksh 40,000
