In the video, Sigei expressed frustration and emotional exhaustion over marital struggles, including feelings of betrayal.

He further revealed that he had been financially supportive, even helping his wife secure a job at the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF).
Despite his contributions, Sigei felt that his efforts went unnoticed. He claimed he had given her the freedom to manage her own finances, never questioning how she spent her money.
Sigei’s emotional breakdown in the video included claims that he had purchased significant items for his wife, such as a car and the house that was allegedly set on fire. He also mentioned leaving substantial sums of money at home, yet still being asked for more.
"I have suffered for long," he said, reflecting his emotional and financial exhaustion. Sigei implied that the fire was a result of built-up frustrations, saying, "Now they are seeing the house, but they don't know what happened behind the scenes."
However, Sigei denied intentionally setting the house on fire, stating that it was purely coincidental. He claimed to have witnesses who could verify that he left the house intact before the fire occurred.
The video triggered widespread reactions across social media, with many expressing disbelief over Sigei's actions.
While some sympathized with his struggles, others condemned the act of arson, emphasizing the need for peaceful resolutions to marital conflicts.
The incident also sparked discussions on mental health and the importance of seeking counseling in troubled relationships.
Authorities have been alerted to the case and are currently investigating Sigei’s involvement, though no formal charges have been made public. As the story continues to unfold, many are watching to see if legal action will be taken.
