He recounted how the suspects utilized his daughter's phone to communicate their demands.

Despite Faith's mother complying and sending the money, the authorities at Thika Police Station dismissed the report, dismissing the tormentors' actions as a mere prank on the family.

On Thursday, May 9th, Musembi ventured to his daughter's residence, only to find it secured with a padlock.

After resorting to a hacksaw to gain entry, they stumbled upon Faith's lifeless body inside.

Tragically, blood was visible around her mouth, hinting at a struggle, with indications that she had bitten her tongue.

Following the discovery, Faith's body was transported to the General Kago Hospital morgue for further examination.

The subsequent autopsy revealed that Faith succumbed to excessive bleeding triggered by placental abruption, wherein the placenta detached prematurely, causing fatal hemorrhaging.
