The tragic incident occurred on October 28, 2023, in the Kabogo area of Uasin Gishu County, where BM allegedly took the life of her son, Junior Nesero Butsetse.
Despite her plea for a non-custodial sentence to facilitate access to medical treatment for the trauma she endured, the judge rejected her request and sentenced her to prison.
