Manzi wa Kibera Cries Profusely after Viewing Elderly Ex-Lover's Body

Sherrifa Wambo, widely known as Manzi wa Kibera, was overwhelmed with emotion when she saw the body of her ex-boyfriend, Samuel Nzioki Ndunda, who had died at his home. 

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke on April 21, Manzi wa Kibera confirmed the passing of her 67-year-old ex-lover, known as Mzae, after a brief illness.

She expressed her sadness and called on fellow Kenyans to help give Mzae a respectful farewell, with details about contributions to follow.

On April 24, the socialite visited the Nairobi funeral home, previously known as City Mortuary, where Ndunda's body had been taken. 

As she approached the viewing, she broke down in tears, surrounded by her fellow content creators who tried to comfort her. 

Speaking to bloggers outside the mortuary, she credited her former lover for helping her gain fame and expressed gratitude for his impact on her life.

Manzi wa Kibera recalled receiving a call while she was in Mombasa, informing her that Nzioki had fallen ill. 

She sent him money for medical expenses and dispatched her uncle to check on him, but his condition worsened rapidly. 

That night, she had trouble sleeping and experienced nightmares, not realizing her ex-boyfriend was no longer alive.

The next morning, she received the news of Nzioki's death and immediately helped arrange to move his body to the mortuary. 

She described their last conversation, which took place on Easter Monday, saying he reached out to her for financial help and that she had supported him during his illness. Nzioki never complained of any major health issues, aside from bouts of persistent coughing.

Manzi wa Kibera fondly remembered her time with Nzioki, noting how her first TikTok video, which went viral, was made possible by him. 

She shared how she would bury Nzioki in his favorite clothes and keep one piece as a memento.
