Stephen Letoo was taken aback by the large crowd that attended his wedding at Ole Ntimama Stadium. 

Although he and his wife, Irene Renoi, were offered a honeymoon staycation at politician David Ole Sankok's lodge in Narok, the couple decided to alter their plans. 

Letoo explained that they would instead travel abroad for their honeymoon, citing the chilly and rainy weather in Narok as a reason for postponing their visit to Sankok's lodge.

Letoo, a seasoned political reporter for Citizen TV, expressed surprise at the unexpected turnout for his wedding, which exceeded his expectation of 10,000 attendees. 

He noted that the stadium was full, leaving him both happy and embarrassed as he had not anticipated such a large crowd. 

He admitted that he would have prepared better, such as hiring cleaners to tidy up the dusty terraces, had he known the extent of the turnout.

Letoo's wedding was attended by a number of celebrities, politicians, and media personalities, including fellow Citizen TV journalists and public figures such as Linus Kaikai, Ben Kirui, Swaleh Mdoe, and politicians like David Ole Sankok and Kisii governor Simba Arati.
