We’re hiring a *Bookkeeper* with 2+ years experience in real estate accounting.
*What you’ll do:*
- Manage day-to-day books, and bank reconciliations
- Handle tenant/landlord ledgers, rental income & expense tracking
- Prepare monthly management accounts + VAT returns
- Work with QuickBooks/Xero and real estate software
*What we need:*
- 2 years proven bookkeeping experience, real estate/property mgmt preferred
- Strong Excel + attention to detail
- Knowledge of rental accounting, trust accounts, and compliance
