Renowned Kenyan actress Esther Chebet has reassured fans and industry colleagues that she is safe and well after arriving in Nakuru. 

This announcement came after a series of disturbing Instagram posts left many worried about her well-being and hinted at spiritual troubles.

On Wednesday, Chebet, popularly known as Star Chebet, shared a series of revelations on Instagram detailing her involvement in spiritual activities that had begun to negatively impact her. 

"Hey guys, imekua kitambo tangu nipost hapa, but life has been moving too fast," she began. She expressed uncertainty about her well-being, explaining that she had delved into spiritual realms seeking peace of mind but had encountered harmful energies instead.

Chebet revealed that her association with questionable friends had led her into activities she now regretted.

"I made new friends who were on a totally different path and got into things I didn't really expect. Na sidhani itaisha poa," she confessed. She described engaging in paranormal activities without full awareness, including being used to open a portal at Kimugu River in Kericho and becoming initiated into unexpected spiritual practices. "I didn't know what was happening until it happened," she wrote.

As she traveled to Nakuru, Chebet expressed fears about her safety and mentioned that someone had wanted her in Kericho for sinister reasons, leading her to feel mentally overwhelmed. 

"Someone wanted me out of town ndio niende Kericho nifanye some things I didn't really understand and for months my mind was clogged," she admitted. 

She recounted how her family and doctors initially thought she was hallucinating, not realizing she had tapped into a dangerous spiritual realm.

Following her posts, fans, colleagues, and friends flooded her comment section with messages of support and concern. Abel Mutua, Nimrod Nick, YouTuber Lynn Ngugi, and numerous others urged her to stay safe and reach out. Cathy Njeri, a fan, encouraged her to speak positively to change her situation.

After several hours of anxious attempts to contact her, Chebet updated her Instagram to confirm she had arrived safely in Nakuru and would respond to messages later. 

"For those following up, I'm doing well. Nimefika Nakuru. I'll pick your calls and respond to your messages baadaye..." she assured.
